A little about me...

I am Courtney Allison, owner and head Photographer for Fairy Tale Creations (a.k.a FTC Photography). I am a Wife and Mother and love my family more than anything. In addition to loving my Family and Photography, I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I love my Friends and love making new ones. I love God and this beautiful planet he has created for us and really hope to be more active in helping to make this planet a better place.

Although I opened for business in early of 2006, Photography has always been a passion of mine and it is something that I have done since I was a child. I could always be counted on by friends and family to have a camera, and always be taking pictures.

Photography is my passion and I love to capture moments, and memories that my clients will treasure for a lifetime. Having said that, I also love to create images that can evoke emotion from total strangers, and passersby. I love my amazing clientele and I have been honored and touched when I have received emails and phone calls from complete strangers, some even States and Countries away, to tell me how touched they were by a Photograph of mine. That is what I strive for and that is what I am here for.

I love Weddings, relationships, and emotional moments. I feel that my love of these things has brought me to do what I love doing today. I love color and vibrance but also love the feel of a moody black and white. I love to capture a loving glance or the touch of a hand, but also love to capture the laughter of life.

My love of Photography is deep rooted... I grew up in a small town (not so small today..) in which my family had homesteaded in 1872. I have so many great pictures from my family History and I have always loved that I got to see what it looked like back then because of the amazing invention of the camera. It always amazed me that something so small could preserve a lifetime, and at an early age I set out to document the moments of my lifetime that I could pass on to my family members and generations to come.

I feel so honored that now I can create those images and moments for my clients and their loved ones to cherish for a lifetime. I hope to have the opportunity to do the same for you someday :)
